Remote | Full-Time | Individual Contributor Role
We’re looking for a technical customer champion to help teams adopt Maestro and scale their testing strategy to achieve true test automation coverage.
You will lead the charge in converting interest into paid customers. You will facilitate a sales process that customers enjoy because you are a true technical expert in the product and can consult them effectively, implementing Maestro to automate their QA process.
This is a great opportunity for someone who knows Maestro (or wants to know it deeply), is passionate about helping other engineers, and is curious about the world of go-to-market and sales. We’ll teach you how to sell, you bring the energy and customer-first mindset.
What You’ll Do
- Own the customer journey from trial to purchase
- Run discovery, demos, and value-building conversations
- Guide teams on best practices for adopting Maestro and Cloud
- Architect automation strategies with customers (test frequency, device needs, integration points)
- Package proposals based on requirements of customers and own getting signatures / payments on them
- Be the Maestro Expert they trust
- Help users debug issues, fix broken tests, and unblock trials
- Jump into Slack, support channels, or async email to answer questions and steer folks in the right direction
- Personalize onboarding experiences based on what users are testing
- Shape how we go to market
- Improve our inbound conversion motion (leads > trials > deals)
- Report on opportunities, track pipeline, and forecast revenue
- Leverage intent signals from our OSS community to find high-potential users
- Build repeatable playbooks to drive adoption at scale
- Support the community
- Build tutorials, guides, and demos that help users go from “trying” to “thriving”
- Collect and synthesize product feedback from customer conversations
- Collaborate with engineering to influence roadmap based on what customers are saying
What We’re Looking For
- Technical Background, but you want to work with our customers directly.
- Comfortable demonstrating technical products to developers, QA, and Engineering Management
- Ability to own and improve sales processes in a fast-changing environment
- You have worked within CRM, Marketing, and
- Strong communicator—written and verbal—with a knack for product storytelling
- Passion for open-source and developer-first products
